...a comfortable, budget studio, situated in a quiet neighborhood in Chania, just 30 meters from the sandy beach, and 900 meters from the center and the stunning old town.

This one-room apartment (circa 25 square meters) is located on the ground floor, and it has a small patio, en-suite bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchenette, fridge, cooker, coffee machine, TV, privately controlled Air Condition, linen and safety box. Cleaning is provided 6 times weekly (except on Sundays). 

The studio can accommodate 2 persons and it is perfect also for long term vacations.

LOW SEASON: 36 EURO  (MARCH, APRIL, MAY, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER)

MID SEASON: 40 EURO (JUNE - MID JULY, SEPTEMBER)

HIGH SEASON: 50 EURO (MID JULY- END OF AUGUST)

The above prices include VAT and all other taxes, as well as the use of private A/C and safety box.
